Søren Salomo is a professor for technology and innovation management at TU Berlin and an affiliated professor at the Center for Entrepreneurship at DTU, Copenhagen. He is a member of the Danish Academy of Technical Sciences and member of the Academic Senate of TU Berlin, and outgoing speaker of the Promoting Talent initiative of the Berlin University Alliance. His research is concerned with corporate innovation management with special focus on supporting highly innovative ventures and digital transformation for innovation. He has supervised research projects on governance of climate change solutions, with a special focus on blockchain solutions for carbon markets. He has served as a board member of the UNEP DTU Partnership (now: UNEP Copenhagen Climate Center) and is an active member of the Deutsches Klima-Konsortium (DKK).
